About us

We are a small family living on an old farm in Fredvang, at the foot of Ryten and Kvalvika.

​

During the summer season, we run our café and wood-fired pizzeria, farm shop and wool shop.

We make our pizzas in a wood-fired oven, grow some of our own vegetables and herbs, collect eggs from our hens and sell a little of what we grow and produce on the farm.

​

We live here with our two daughters, together with our goats, hens and rabbits. The farm is our home as much as it is the place where we work.

​

Since taking over the farm, we have been bringing it back to life little by little, while creating something of our own.

We like doing things a little differently, mixing the old farm with new ideas and the things we enjoy.

​

We are located right by the start of the Ryten and Kvalvika trails, but the farm is for everyone.

 

Locals, visitors, families, friends – whether you come for a wood-fired pizza, coffee, the shops or simply to visit the farm.
